Dear Families,

Wow survivor was something else!!!  I have to hand it to the students.  They absolutely blew me away with how responsible they can be.  Great job!

The students have a Poem to write tonight.  It is only a draft.  It should be about changing the world.

They also have Health due Wends.  Most of the students were able to finish during class time.

Dear Families,

Only 2 more days until survivor!  Please don't forget that the forms and $25 must come in this week.  There is also a KFC lunch which is due this Thurs. but we don't have school so please get it in this Wends.

The 7s have their math test tomorrow - Mean, Median and Mode.  I expect they should all do really well.

Dear Families,
I can't believe that Survivor is already happening next week.  The students should have brought home a letter about Survivor and requesting $25 to feed the kids etc.  There is also a letter about the KFC lunch and the Ski Trip happening in February.

The Grade 7s have a Math Test on Tuesday.

Dear Families,

The holidays have come and gone and I think that we are all ready to get back into the swing of things.  The students do have their ELA (War Bros.) assignment and their Math (Webquest) assignment due Monday January 10th.  Please remind your kids that they should continue to work on this as they will not have any more class time to complete this.  They had hours to work on this during class time before the break and they also had free time where they chose to play computer games instead of doing their homework.  If the assignment is not complete they will lose marks. This is a harsh reality but the students must start being accountable for their choices.
